Sean Sherk muscles up for UFC 90

Sean Sherk’s quest to regain his Ultimate Fighting Championship lightweight belt begins again in Chicago.

After losing the belt to "The Prodigy" B.J. Penn at UFC 84 in May, Sherk will face off with Xtreme Couture standout Tyson Griffin at UFC 90. Griffin has been traing hard at Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas after coming off his first loss to rising star,Frankie Edgar at UFC 67.
