Cantwell gives new meaning to the phrase TAP or SNAP

Ultimate Fight Night 16 Fight for the troops turned out to be more than anyone could expect. This card was the best free card I have ever seen by any promotion by far. Not only did every fighter come to fight but the classic finishes were top notch MMA at it's Best. Josh Koscheck put on a great striking display with a first round KO over Yoshiyuki Yoshida .

Mike "Quick" Swick also lived up to his name with several lightning quick shots to stop Jonathan Goulet in his tracks just seconds into the first round.Former WEC Light Heavyweight Champion Steve Cantwell looked impressive in his UFC debut against fellow newcomer Razak Al Hassan. The end came near the end of Round 1 when Cantwell trapped Al Hassan in an armbar and broke his arm, causing Mario Yamasaki to stop the match and declare a TKO. The replay was NASTY, as you see Al Hassan's arm snap and fold back at least 45 degrees in the wrong direction. Why he didn't simply tap is anyone's guess, but now he has a destroyed elbow for his trouble. Click Here for full story

UFC Fight Night 16 “Fight for the Troops,” which is scheduled to take place at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville, N.C., on Wednesday, December 10.

As expected, Josh Koscheck will headline the three-hour Spike TV special against Yoshiyuki Yoshida. There was some concern that “Kos” would be unable to battle “Zenko” after losing a tough unanimous decision to Thiago Alves at UFC 90:
