Sean Sherk gives a good example of the nickname "Muscle Shark"

Sean Sherk went into UFC 90 against a top rated up n coming fighter in Tyson Griffin. Sherk used his experiance to pick away at the young fighter to gain a solid decision in the end. Griffin nearly 10 years younger is a solid standout who will surely make an impact on MMA in time to come. Sean Sherk muscles up for UFC 90

Sean Sherk’s quest to regain his Ultimate Fighting Championship lightweight belt begins again in Chicago.

After losing the belt to "The Prodigy" B.J. Penn at UFC 84 in May, Sherk will face off with Xtreme Couture standout Tyson Griffin at UFC 90. Griffin has been traing hard at Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas after coming off his first loss to rising star,Frankie Edgar at UFC 67.
