World Extreme Cage fighting featherweight champion Urijah Faber won his first eight professional fights before suffering a third-round TKO loss to current UFC lightweight Tyson Griffin at a Gladiator Challenge event in 2005. Griffin an impressive striker with a solid ground game has made quite an impact in the UFC with big wins over opponents such as Clay Guida, Thiago Tavares & Marcus Aurelio. His most recent loss was to former Lightweight Champion Sean "The Muscle Shark" Sherk at UFC 90.
